All products purchased at may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping. If an exchange is being made due to an error, we will pay the shipping cost of re-sending the package. If an exchange is being made for other reasons, we will charge the customer for additional shipping costs. Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package. If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item, upon the return of the defective item to our wharehouse in Miami. We will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees or packages that come ‘Postage Due’. Credit will be issued via Stripe upon return of the product and complying with our return conditions. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
